For hosts
You run the event, curate questions, and share the invites.
$19.99 per event
Signing up and drafting an event is free. When you're ready to open it to players, a one-time $19.99 activation fee unlocks invites, picks, scoring, and the shareable scorecard for the life of the event.
It's the same flat fee for points-only, buy-in pot, or cash (house rules) events, and it never scales with how many people join or how much anyone pledges.
For players
You make picks and compete on the scorecard.
Free
Picks and the scorecard are free. If your host runs a cash pool, pledges are an honor system tracked on Hunch — nothing is charged here. You settle up off-platform with your host per their payment instructions.
How the money moves
The only payment Hunch processes is the host's one-time activation fee. Cash pledges are honor-system amounts your group settles directly — Venmo, cash at the party, whatever your host specifies.
Hunch never holds anyone's pool money and never takes a cut of what players pledge.
